TURN-OVER OF 40-BED QUARANTINE FACILITY IN SUCAT

A 40-bed quarantine facility in Brgy. Sucat, Muntinlupa was turned-over to the local government on Tuesday to augment its efforts in curbing COVID-19. Mayor Jaime Fresnedi graced the ceremony and thanked Reckitt Benckiser Philippines Inc. for funding the construction of the facility and partnering with the city in the fight against COVID-19. Members of the Philippine Navy (PN), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and Philippine Army (PA) have also helped in constructing the fully airconditioned facility with toilet and bath and separate nurse station. Attending the ceremony were PA Operations Head Maj. Carmelo Jaluague, AFP Chief Engineer MGen. William Ilagan, PN Naval Chief Engineer Capt. Edwin Princillo (GSC), AFP Brigade Commander Commo. Alfonspin Tumanda Jr., PN Batallion Commander LCor. Wilfredo Pascua, WTA Arch. William Ti Jr., Muntinlupa City Health Officer Dra. Teresa Tuliao, and Brgy. Sucat chairman Raffy Sevilla.
