CASHLESS TRANSACTION IN PUBLIC TRANSPO FOR MUNTI FRONTLINERS

In a bid to promote cashless transaction in public transportation, Star 8 Green Technology Corporation has donated 500 tap cards to frontliners and government employees in Muntinlupa City on Thursday.  Star 8 execs turned-over tap cards with 50 pesos stored-value for cashless transactions in the company’s e-jeepneys servicing Alabang-Zapote Road route. Tap cards will be distributed to health workers in Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, Ospital ng Muntinlupa, and employees from the City Government of Muntinlupa. Recently, Star 8 provided 10 e-jeepneys to service two routes in Muntinlupa to help stranded frontliners and government employees during the general community quarantine. Attending the turn-over ceremony were Star 8 chief operating officer Netanel Kremer and head sales Cyril Aguadera, Muntinlupa Traffic Management Bureau chief Danidon Nolasco, and OsMun director Dr. Edwin Dimatatac.
