BUSINESS PERMIT RENEWAL 2020 SCHEDULE

To our valued taxpayers:

Business Permit Renewal will start on January 2, 2020 until January 31, 2020 at Muntinlupa Sports Center.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Pick-up point for taxpayers going to Muntinlupa Sports Center is at Muntinlupa City Hall


LIST OF REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2020 Barangay Clearance for Business
  2. BIR Monthly/Quarterly Payments for 2019 (photocopy & original)
    1. Form No. 2550Q/2551Q/2550M
    2. Form No. 1701Q/1702Q
  3. Audited Financial Statements duly filed before the SEC/BIR (for the period covering 2 years prior)/Annual Income Tax Return
  4. Previous Mayor’s Permit
  5. Declaration of Gross Sales:
    1. Notarized Breakdown of Gross Sales for 2019
    2. If financial documents are consolidated
      • Notarized Breakdown of Gross Sales per Branch for 2019
      • 2019 Business Permits/Assessment from other LGUs
      • Official Receipts/Sales Invoices/ Journals/ POS Reports, etc. (if applicable)
    3. Certification of Gross Sales for 2019 from the Mall Admin (if business is located in the mall)
  6. Others
    1. Copy of 2020 Cedula from head office (if business is a branch only)
    2. Certification from Market Administrator (if business is located in Muntinlupa City Public Market)
    3. Valid and subsisting Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
    4. Authorization Letter and valid ID for representatives
