IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 

Pick-up point for taxpayers going to Muntinlupa Sports Center

– Muntinlupa City Public Market

 

 


List of Requirements 

  1. 2019 Barangay Clearance for Business
  2. BIR Monthly/Quarterly Payments for 2018 (photocopy & original)
  3. Audited Financial Statements duly filed before the SEC/BIR (for the period covering 2 years prior)
  4. Previous Mayor’s Permit
  5. Declaration of Gross Sales:
  • Notarized Breakdown of Gross Sales for 2018
  • If financial documents are consolidated
    • Notarized Breakdown of Gross Sales per Branch for 2018
    • 2018 Business Permits/Assessment from other LGUs
    • Official Receipts/Sales Invoices/ Journals/ POS Reports, etc. (if applicable)
  • Certification of Gross Sales for the previous year from the Mall Admin (if business is located in the mall)

6. Others 

  • Certification from Market Administrator (if business is located in Muntinlupa City Public Market)
  • Valid and subsisting Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
  • Authorization Letter and valid ID for representatives
