How to

A fee is collected for every certificate issued to any person requesting for issuance of police clearance (new/renewal), which are as follows:

    New

1.  Secretary/Processing Fee – 65.00
2.  Clearance Fee: 
• Local Employment – 10.00
• Abroad – 100.00

    Renewal

1. a) Secretary/Processing Fee – 10.00
2. b) Clearance Fee:
• Local Employment – 10.00
• Abroad – 100.00

    Note: The clearance will expired 60 days upon issuance

Exemption:

The fee shall not be collected from officials and employees of local and national governments in relation of official business.

 REQUIREMENTS

•           Residence Certificate
•           Police Clearance Application Form to be accomplished by the applicant
•           Personal appearance of the applicant for taking of fingerprint

PROCEDURES

•           Proceed to Police Clearance Section
•           Present current Community Tax Certificate
•           Pay the corresponding amount to Revenue Clerk/Officer
