TOP FIVE EARLY CLIENTS LAUDED IN MUNTI: Not worms, but grocery items for the ‘early birds.’ The Top Five Early Clients in the 2018 Muntinlupa Business Permit Renewal receive grocery packages and certificates of recognition from the local government last January 3. Muntinlupa City Government begins its 2018 Business Permit Renewal at Muntinlupa Sports Complex, Tunasan starting January 3 and will run until January 20.

Muntinlupa Business Permits and Licensing Office urges business owners to pay dues early on to avoid penalties and skip “rush days” of registration nearing the deadline.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi awarded certificates of recognition and grocery packages to top five early registrants in this year’s Business Permit Renewal last January 3. Top Five Early Registrants are the following: Josielyn Cabalza Daez (E.J.D. Softdrinks), Carlito de Guzman (Lito and Lani Food Haus), Cesar Bronola Lastrilla (Mercy Salon), Cherrie Flores (Mini-Mini Store), and Ma. Pinky Lynsey (MPLG Begona Trading).

The local exec thanked the business owners for their punctuality in paying their dues and renewing their businesses in the city. He added that they are the local government’s partners for development.

Fresnedi hopes that the taxpayers will be a role model for other business owners in Muntinlupa.

A One-Stop Shop arrangement has been prepared in the venue for the convenience of taxpayers. Requirements from Barangay Halls and Regulatory Offices can be acquired in the location of the Renewal as representatives of said agencies will be rendering service simultaneously.

Taxpayers can also pay using Debit Cards in the renewal. Mobile ATMs from BDO and Lanbank are also installed across the venue.

A Closed Circuit Television System is in place for security and transparency purposes. Business owners registering in the renewal can also access the internet through free wi-fi connection powered by Globe Telecom and Smart.

Free shuttle service is also provided for clients going to the venue. Pick-up points are located at Muntinlupa City Hall Quadrangle in Putatan and Muntinlupa City Public Market in Alabang.
