VISION

To be the front-line in the enhancement of international relations particularly those in which will create investment opportunities for the City of Muntinlupa and those that will provide benefits for the city in terms of innovation, technical knowledge, new trends and practices in the local government management.

MISSION

To develop plans and strategies and implement the same in the management of internal relations and the administration of program and projects which the City Mayor is empowered to implement and in which the Sangguniang Panglungsod is empowered to provide.

  • Office management and supervision
  • Develop plans and strategies related to the management and administration of programs and projects of the office
  • Frontline the creation of investment opportunities and benefits for the City
  • Work with Sangguniang Panglungsod and City Mayor for matters relative to the management and administration of the office
  • Perform duties and functions and exercise such other powers prescribed by law or ordinance

 

REBECCA R. CABRERA

Admin. Aide VI (Acting Administrative Officer)

  • Administrative works and functions
  • Manage, co-ordinate, and supervise administrative support functions
  • Coordinate and attend committee meetings and participate in committee discussions
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Conduct inventory of supplies and materials
  • Assist with preparation of the budget
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Perform administrative support functions as may be assigned by higher authorities

 

JOHN JOEL P. ADDURU

Admin. Aide III

  • Liaison and messenger
  • Pick up and deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items for the office
  • Distribute/route official documents
  • Receive incoming memo and other documents
  • Represent the office at staff and admin orientations and other activities
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide back-up support to other clerical positions and the office in case of absence or work overload
  • Perform administrative support functions as may be assigned by higher authorities
