NEGOSYO CENTER NOW OPEN IN MUNTI: Good news for all local MSMEs and would-be entrepreneurs in Muntinlupa as DTI and Muntinlupa LGU launch Negosyo Center last October 27. Negosyo Center in Muntinlupa is located at Plaza Central, Poblacion and will be open from Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm. To promote ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for MSMEs, the Department of Trade and Industry and Muntinlupa City Government inaugurated the opening of Negosyo Center in Plaza Central, Poblacion.
DTI Usec. Zenaida Maglaya and Mayor Jaime Fresnedi led the launching of Negosyo Center last October 27, together with Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry execs and local officials.
Maglaya lauded Muntinlupa LGU for its outstanding assistance to local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises that facilitate local job creation, production and trade in the locality.
Negosyo Center will be assisting local MSMEs through the following services: Business Registration Assistance, Business Advisory Services, Business Information and Advocacy, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
MSMEs can coordinate with Negosyo Center for registration and renewal application including application for Barangay Micro-Business Enterprise (BMBE), provision of grants and other forms of financial assistance, shared service facilities and equipment, and other support through national government agencies, assistance with information and services in training, financing, marketing and other areas as may be required by MSMEs, and recommendation for business-process improvement.
Negosyo Center is located at Plaza Central, Poblacion and open to clients from Mondays-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Mayor Jaime Fresnedi vowed to continue his support to all local entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs for inclusive development.
The local exec invited all “Muntipreneurs” and other business locators to touch base with the local Negosyo Center for assistance. “To all our MSMEs, the city government will be your partner for development in making it BIG in MUNTInlupa,” Fresnedi said.
The City Government of Muntinlupa has pioneered numerous advancements in developing MSMEs by taking a proactive role in prioritizing the sector through policies, programs and collaborative projects.
The Joint Resources Financing Program, popularly known as the JRF Dagdag Puhunan, has been supporting thousands of local micro-entrepreneurs through seamless microfinance access (zero percent interest loan).
Muntinlupa City positions itself to be the country’s leading investment hub.
