To aid passport applicants having difficulty in securing online appointments, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) partnered with the City Government of Muntinlupa for a mobile passport application service – “Passport on Wheels” (POW).

Muntinlupa City is set to be the pilot local government unit for the service offered by the DFA. POW in Muntinlupa is scheduled on January 23 at Ayala Mall South Park, Alabang.

Muntinlupa Public Information Officer Tez Navarro noted that only the first 1,000 applicants for the POW will be accommodated by the LGU as directed by the DFA.

Navarro said that Muntinlupa residents are highly encouraged to take the opportunity of availing the service. She added that locals from neighboring cities will also be accepted in the POW.

Releasing of forms for POW in Muntinlupa City is scheduled on Friday, January 12, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at the Mayor’s Office, Muntinlupa City Hall, National Road, Putatan.

Submission of forms with photocopy of requirements is on January 16-17. Applicants must present original copies of requirements on the day of application on January 23.

List of requirements provided by the DFA is posted in the City Government of Muntinlupa – OFFICIAL Facebook page or you may click here.
