VISION

Muntinlupa City Technical Institute as a leading provider in the development of skilled workforce with positive work values.

MISSION

The Institute will provide technical vocational education and entrepreneurship training skills pertinent to the need of the City and the International Business Community.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

  • To offer alternative choice and provide quality technical, vocational, education skills, training program suited to the industry needs of the City of Muntinlupa.
  • To help uplift the economic condition and standard of living of the underprivileged constituents of the City.
  • Develop and conduct market driven skills training programs and constituently update training modules and materials.
  • To upgrade trainors skills and knowledge, training facilities, tools and equipment with the present trend and current evolving technologies.
  • To establish linkages and network with the Industry and NGO sector to ensure the responsiveness of the programs to the actual needs of the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One piece 1x1 picture
  • Barangay Clearance or photocopy of voter's ID or Validation of Voter's registration.
  • Photocopy of High School Diploma
  • Additional requirements for the Call Center Program:
    • At least 18 years old
    • At least 2nd year college
    • Computer Literate
    • Must pass the screening test/interview and qualifying written examination.

A. MCTI Industry Desk

  • On-The-Job Training  referrals for trainees
  • Employment referrals for graduates
  • Employment Tracking/Monitoring of graduates
  • Tracking of self-employed graduates

B. MCTI Outrreach and Community Service

  • Paticipation in the Peoples' Day Program
  • Participation in other Outreach and Community Service Program

C. MCTI Livelihood Training Program

  • Conduct of livelihood training program upon request from Government Organizations (GOs), Non-Government Organization (NGOs), Community Groups and Private Organizations.
