Alteration Plan


All owners and/or developers of subdivision projects shall, in addition to securing a Locational Clearance, be required to secure a Development Permit which shall be subject of evaluation by the concerned City Departments or Offices, pursuant to the provision of PD 957 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations of BP 220 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and in accordance with the procedures laid down in E.O. 71, Series of 1993.
