How to

REQUIREMENTS

Base on the records furnished to us by the Veterans Federation of the Philippines 8^th Metro Manila District, National Capital Region Muntinlupa District Chapter through their Post District Commander Vet. Mariano Ortiz and all of the Post Commander all over Muntinlupa, Claims for Veterans Burial Assistance Pursuant to City Ordinance No. 96-90 is being granted to a bonafide Muntinlupa War Veterans the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP. 20,000.00) to his/her legitimate heir/claimant.

PROCEDURES

1. Secure form for claims from the Post Commander; filled-up the form with the death certificate;
2. Certification of the Post Commander that the deceased is a legitimate member;
3. Go on to Central Records Office for verification/authenticity of the records;
4. Proceed to Accounting Office for the preparations of voucher for claims.
